Inventory with a Main Store and an Outlet Store
Give each dish a recipe once. Every accepted order takes the right quantities out of stock, and a cancelled order puts them back.
- Recipes for your dishes: Start from ready-made recipes for common dishes, adjust the quantities and confirm. Only a confirmed recipe deducts stock.
- Automatic stock deduction: Accept an order and stock drops by the recipe. Cancel it and the stock comes back.
- Main Store and Outlet Store: Keep bulk purchases in the Main Store and transfer what the kitchen needs to the Outlet Store. Orders use the Outlet Store.
- Low-stock alerts: Set an alert level for each ingredient and see in the app when it runs low.
- Stock ledger: Every purchase, transfer and order is recorded, so you can see where the stock went.

Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Scanning the table QR opens your menu directly in the phone’s browser. Guests can order within seconds.
Do you take a commission on orders?
Never. You pay a flat monthly subscription and keep the full amount of every order your guests place.
What equipment do I need?
Just a phone, tablet or laptop with internet to receive orders. A printer is optional if you want paper KOTs, and you can download print-ready QR standees for your tables from the app.
How do I put my menu online?
Add dishes yourself in the Menu Builder, or upload photos of your printed menu and let AI draft the items for you to review before publishing.
Does ScanYourOrder track stock and inventory?
